We have used BioTe for a number of years and always found the service excellent. All reports are reported on time and importantly for us swab culture results are always with us early in the morning. Any queries are always dealt with by easy to access knowledgeable staff and the service is very reasonably priced. I cannot speak to highly of the service provided.
