I have used BioTe for all my breeding and performance horse work. I have been very satisfied with the speed and efficiency of the lab tests. Whenever I have had the need to contact the lab, the team has always been both knowledgeable and helpful.
The initial enthusiasm from BioTe to take on our lab work has been more than matched by the continuing friendly and personal service, and going the extra mile when needed to be helpful out of hours and at weekends. Absolutely delighted with the dedicated equine service and very reasonable prices.
I have used BioTe for over 2 years for all my equine reproductive laboratory needs. I have been impressed with the quick turnaround, which when dealing with Thoroughbred mares going off to stud, is paramount. I have also found Tiffany, the lead laboratory scientist, extremely knowledgeable and always happy to discuss results and other tests that might be of interest to my clients. Given the professionalism of which the laboratory is run, and the reasonableness of their costs, I would not send my work anywhere else.
